Limitation Of The Purchasers

You are not eligible to and you shall not purchase GOOD through its token sale if you are a citizen, resident (tax or otherwise), or green card holder of any country or state where the purchase of GOOD token or similar Crypto Token may be prohibited or the token sale is deemed to be not compliant with the applicable laws and regulations. If you are unsure whether you are eligible to purchase GOOD tokens, you should consult with a lawyer or other qualified financial advisor. By participating in the GOOD token sale, you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen, resident (tax or otherwise), or green card holder of any country or state where the purchase of GOOD is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

Purchases of GOOD tokens should be undertaken only by individuals, entities, or companies that have significant experience with, and understanding of, the usage and intricacies of Crypto Tokens and blockchain based software systems. Purchasers should have functional understanding of storage and transmission mechanisms as well as risks associated with purchasing, holding, selling or otherwise using Crypto Tokens. Any entities of Wolf Society and officers and employees thereof will not be responsible in any way for any losses, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the purchase, sale, holding or use of any Crypto Tokens, GOOD or fiat currency resulting from actions taken by, or omissions of the purchasers as well as theft, hacking, or other unauthorized access to Crypto Tokens; errors or malfunctions in blockchain-based software systems; fluctuations in the market value of crypto Tokens; and any other events or circumstances beyond the control of Wolf Society. If you do not have the required experience, expertise or understanding of Crypto Tokens and blockchain-based software systems, then you should not purchase GOOD or participate in the sale of GOOD. Should the above exclusion of liability be held invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, Wolf Society hereby limits its liability to the maximum extent possible under applicable law. You should carefully consider the risks, costs, and any other demerits of acquiring GOOD, and, if necessary, obtain your own independent advice in this regard. If you are not in the position to accept nor to understand the risks associated with the token sale of GOOD (including the risks related to the development or non-development of GOOD MARKETPLACE PLATFORM) or any other risks as indicated in this whitepaper, you should not acquire GOOD tokens and/or participate on the GOOD MARKETPLACE PLATFORM, until such time that you have received the necessary independent advice.
